Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cutlumewebsite and any editing, web, app, or SaaS development services we provide ("services"). By booking a call, sending us a project, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

Cutlume is an India-based creative and development studio (Prince Yadav and team) providing productized video editing retainers and scoped web, app, and SaaS development to clients worldwide.

Services and packages

Our video editing packages (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed monthly and described in full on our pricing page. Packages are month-to-month with no long-term contract — you may pause or cancel at any time, effective from your next billing cycle. Development work (web, app, SaaS) is scoped and quoted individually per project, with terms confirmed before work begins.

Revisions

Packages advertised with "unlimited revisions" cover reasonable revision requests within the scope of the original brief. Requests that materially expand scope (e.g., a full re-edit in a different style, or additional deliverables beyond what was agreed) may be quoted separately or counted against a future month's allocation.

Turnaround times

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of complete raw footage and brief, unless otherwise agreed. Turnaround begins once all necessary materials are received — delays in footage handoff or feedback will shift delivery dates accordingly.

Client responsibilities

• You must own or have the rights to use any footage, audio, brand assets, or other materials you provide to us.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
• You are responsible for how finished content is used, posted, or distributed once delivered.

Payment

Package fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Development project fees follow the payment schedule confirmed in your project quote. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts until payment is resolved.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the final delivered edits or code for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, using only content you've given us permission to display publicly.

Limitation of liability

We aim for accuracy and quality in every deliverable, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue, lost views, or platform algorithm changes affecting your content's performance.

Termination

Either party may end a monthly retainer at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Development project engagements may be terminated per the terms agreed in the individual project quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of the client's location.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
