Shipping & Delivery Policy

Cutlume (Prince Yadav) provides digital services only — video editing, content production, and the design and development of websites, apps, and software. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no physical shipping, courier, or delivery charges ever apply.

How we deliver

All work is delivered electronically. Depending on the deliverable, we hand off your files and assets through:

• secure download or cloud links (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) for edited videos and source files;
• a shared repository, staging URL, or live deployment for websites, apps, and software projects; and
• email and your project channel for all communication and approvals.

Delivery timelines

Turnaround depends on the service and scope, and is confirmed with you when you start:

• Video editing (subscription): most requests are delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving your raw footage and brief. Rush requests can often be accommodated — just flag it.
• One-off video projects: delivered on the schedule agreed in your quote.
• Web / app / SaaS builds: delivered against the milestones and timeline set out in your project proposal.

If anything will affect your timeline, we will always tell you in advance.

Access after delivery

Final files and project assets are yours once the work is delivered and paid for. We recommend downloading and backing up delivered files, as temporary share links may expire.
