Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services purchased from Cutlume (Prince Yadav), a creative and development studio based in India serving clients worldwide. By purchasing a subscription or project from us, you agree to the terms below.

Monthly subscriptions (retainers)

Our video-editing subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and run with no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again — you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

  • Cancel anytime: email workprince7070@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Already-paid periods: we do not pro-rate or refund a month that is already in progress once work has begun, because editing capacity is reserved for you.
  • Unused new period: if you are charged for a new month and no work has yet started on it, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund that charge in full.

One-off projects (video or development)

Fixed-scope projects (a website, app, SaaS build, or a defined video deliverable) are quoted individually and typically invoiced as a deposit plus balance.

  • Before work begins: if you cancel before we have started, your deposit is fully refundable minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. paid assets, licences).
  • After work begins: deposits become non-refundable once production has started, as they cover reserved time and work already performed. Any balance not yet invoiced is not charged.
  • Milestone projects: completed and approved milestones are non-refundable; work not yet started can be cancelled without further charge.

Revisions instead of refunds

We include revisions on our work and would much rather make it right than leave you unhappy. If a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, tell us and we will revise it at no extra cost within the scope we agreed. Refunds are considered only where we are genuinely unable to deliver what was promised.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly and fairly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
